"Project Orb" is a light-hearted third person shooter with a focus on dynamic characters, maps, and game mode. This, along with the game's tone of exuberance, drives the design of the game. Our current goal is to have network capabilities with up to four players per team and to be published on Steam in February.  My main role on this project involves developing and iterating on character abilities while also creating documentation to convey game mechanics to teammates, as well as designing and iterating upon multiplayer game maps.

Iteration of level design was determined by gathering metrics from multiple playtests. These playtests involved collecting data through surveys and by using heatmaps. Levels were built with a modular kit that I designed by collaborating with our environment artist.
